It was really good and wonderful

We only had break fast, and it was not at all good... Kids dint eat even a bite... There was no proper setup, we had out break fast in room.. Dint enjoy a bit

Parking in the property is difficult when u have SUV due to terrain. It can however be improved if the road is elevated above the property

The villa is conveniently located and easy to find using Google Maps. Architecturally, the place is beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. However, it is in urgent need of maintenance. We noticed signs of water dampness in the rooms, and to our surprise, even mushrooms growing in one of the first-floor rooms, a clear indicator of moisture issues. On the brighter side, the washrooms were modern and well-planned, equipped with all necessary amenities. Despite the good infrastructure, poor upkeep was evident throughout the property. The kitchen, in particular, was in bad shape, with broken cabinets that made it difficult to use. The swimming pool water was murky and poorly maintained, we understand it had been raining, but the filtration and chlorine levels were clearly inadequate. A big shoutout to Naresh, the property caretaker, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and always just a call away whenever we needed help. Food options are manageable, as Swiggy and Zomato deliveries are available at this location. Overall, this place has great potential and could offer a fantastic stay if the owners take this feedback constructively and address the maintenance issues. With the right improvements, we’d definitely consider recommending it to others.

Swimming pool is not as good as we expected.

Location was good, good Mountain View. Best part was we got the pool for ourselves. Very peaceful stay. Food was okaysh.

Iris heights offers a serene retreat with breathtaking mountain views. The villa is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms and an amazing infinity swimming pool that overlooks the surrounding nature. The peaceful atmosphere, coupled with excellent service, makes it the perfect getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation. Highly recommended!

I recently booked a 2-night stay initially drawn in by the room's premium appearance and the beautiful view of Chembra Peak. The view from the room was indeed spectacular, and the property also offers a nice pool. However, my experience was unfortunately impacted by several issues. Room and Facilities: The first impression of the room was promising, but there were significant maintenance and cleanliness issues. The TV did not work, and the air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor. The bathroom was not kept clean, and it lacked hot water, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room seemed poorly maintained, with visible issues on the walls, chipped paint, and general cleanliness concerns. Surprisingly, there were no glasses for drinking water provided in the room. Service and Caretaker Support: The caretaker’s attitude added to the challenges. They were unresponsive to calls and messages, which made it difficult to address basic concerns. Even basic amenities like drinking water, glasses, and toiletries were not provided initially, and the caretaker was reluctant to assist when asked. This lack of support from the staff was disappointing and made the stay feel less welcoming. Breakfast: Breakfast was included in the package but fell short of expectations. It was simply brought from a nearby hotel and was of average quality at best. Accessibility: One more thing to note is the road leading to the property, which is in poor condition and challenging to navigate. Overall Impression: While the room itself had potential with its view and initial appeal, the lack of maintenance, poor service, and subpar amenities made the experience fall short. For the price paid, I expected a higher standard in both facilities and service.

The view from the rooms is to die for. We loved the service. A lot of reviews have mentioned the roads to get the property isn't straight forward but in my opinion it is underplayed, the roads are extremely steep (more than 30degrees, so if you're taking your own car, please do consider this point. Only thing that can be improved is the place can be better maintained. The curtains were really dirty and there is visible water damage to the bathroom roofs. Not sure if this was the case for it being off season.

The road is a tough one but the stay is perfect and the architect is just classic… Go for it and trust me you won’t regret…
