good resort . location is 5 km far before saputara. too much exilant view. swimming pool is not clean properly, electric kettle is not available, washroom is so small, rooms are also small but clean properly, they provide high tea with snacks that is good

Poor Stay
The hospitality standards were below expectations. The allocated cottage was located far from the reception/main building, with the intercom out of order. Due to this, I had to personally walk to the reception for basic requests such as toiletries, which were only provided on demand. No electric kettle or tea/coffee/sugar sachets were available in the room/cottage. The property is still under expansion, and ongoing construction work caused inconvenience. The washroom door handle was broken, and the jug/mug provided had a damaged handle. The room had an unpleasant smell, and air freshening was done only after a specific request. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Average Stay
The resort is under Maintenance. The pool is not clean. The bathroom is too small and a very congested room. But the staff are very polite and responsive. Overall experience is average.

Nice view but without noise proof rooms

Poor Stay
Property was good, scenic wise, but management was poor. Lights used to go on and off every hourly basis. No kettle in the room for tea coffee was provided. Main Door locks were opening with the breeze, locking system was not proper. Breakfast was pathetic.One whole day intercom service was not operational hence getting the service was a challenge.

Good property but needs good staf
Rooms ache hai 2 din ruki thi meri family teen room liye the with balcony light bhaut cut off ho rhi thi baar baar but power backup hai ... Choti choti cheze bekar thi tv functional nahi the ... Or bathroom me tap leak ho rha tha swiming pool acha tha property achi hai main baat yeh hai ki staff ko knowlege nahi hai or untrained staff hai that's why dikkat ho rahi thi AC ko servicing ki zaroorat hai kitchen acha hai food acha hai but costly hai .. jo breakfast ap vaha kroge 1000 ka saputara jaake ap 10 min doori pe 200 me kr loge ... Baki sab thik tha

Good Stay
Lot of flies,insects are there as the hotel is on highway. Rooms are good. View also nice from room. They have not charged TV it's strange. Food was excellent.

no safety security and service
the room is not ready to stay. we found a very bad room in the hotel. In the room there are very very big water marks. no door Bell available room lock also not working.also windows have no lock and after windows no balcony or anything I have two year old child so I have to not enjoy in room. also found very big insect in room at night I pay for this shit room i want refund

Good Stay
The toilet bock was congested. The windows not sound proof as the road is passing in front. Rest they have a good campus with lot of possibilities. Also please always indicate that the the place is out of saputara hill station area.

Excellent Stay
Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very courteous and supportive. I had baby with me and they fulfilled every request very happily and promptly. Food was little on costly side but taste was good and service was praisable. They have a pool and garden with swings which make family time more enjoyable here. Views from hotel are superb. I will definitely stay here next time too.
