The manager constantly staring at guests

The manager at the reception has a horrible attitude and behavior, constantly staring at guests. He insists that we wait in the reception area, which is unacceptable. In a remote hill station with limited accommodation options, especially during festival seasons, the hotel takes full advantage of guests. This place is neither secure nor safe for families. If you seek peace and security, please consider other cost-effective and reliable options. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel

Very pathetic stay. Over priced, even the road side lodges will be more comfertable and clean than this resort. We booked an AC room which was having moistures and moulds all over the walls and roof. This is not only only dirty but very unhygienic. View from room is very chaotic. You may see the lake but with lot if crowd and vehicles making it messy and loud.

The property lacks any food or restaurant facilities. There is a restaurant at another property across the road. Room service for food is not available. Despite paying a high price, the facilities were below average. We were given Room No. 24, which could not be locked from either inside or outside. Only one towel was provided for a couple. Even after paying no basic amenities were available.
