The Fern Heaven on The Hills, Hatgad-Saputara

We have experienced poor service.. 15 hrs no hot water, there was scheduled maintenance and the room was still assigned, After reporting to the concerned team they failed to help us .. it's a 5 star hotel.. with no backup service.

Good Experience, infinity pool was my favorite, restaurant and food quality is good, room and views are great.

location so Classyy Food good amenities rainy season right now but hotel hve dnt umbrellas zero network nd wifi connection not so good so I recommended if any one business man or business women so dnt work there these property only for relaxation nd peace Atmosphere

Stay and amenities are good. But room upkeep was not upto the mark... Bathroom door was not closing... Water pressure was abnormally high. Not value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Truly an awesome experience!

Breathtaking Property Near Gujarat – A Must Visit in Monsoon! 🌧️🥰 This place is simply stunning – I honestly don’t have the words to describe how beautiful it is during the monsoon season. The weather is absolutely breathtaking, and the lush surroundings make for the perfect getaway. And the best part? It’s not a dry state – alcohol is legal here, which adds to the relaxed and enjoyable vibe of the stay! The food quality and service are outstanding, honestly better than some 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at! If you’re from Gujarat (or even if you’re not), I highly recommend visiting this property – it’s an experience you won’t forget. My only suggestion for improvement would be the room windows – while the view is amazing, I think they could use a tint or better curtains for a bit more privacy while still enjoying the scenery. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌿💚

food is test less...due to very few staff, service is very bad and slow...on dt 22/7/25 whole day there was no wifi provided by hotel hence very difficult to communicate with family & others as there is no network for any simcard therefore we've leave hotel one day before...even we booked hotel up to 24th July we check out on 23rd July.. there is problem of approaching road issue & vehicle parking problem.. we so sad don't choose this hotel.. Hotel service staff directly open the entry of room by using master key..without knocking.

My name is Hardik, and I visited The Fern Hatgad on 10th July. We reached around 1:45 PM and informed the reception about our arrival. A lady at the reception (unfortunately, I don’t know her name) informed us that check-in would only be allowed after 2 PM, as others were also in line. We had booked a garden view room and requested an upgrade to a valley view room. She randomly quoted ₹2000 as the upgrade charge, even though we found the actual price difference online to be only around ₹1100. After pointing this out, she finally agreed to give us the upgrade for ₹1100. The next day during checkout, the same lady again asked us to wait, saying the room was being inspected. Later, she showed us a photo claiming something was stuck to the bottom of the kettle—something that could’ve been easily cleaned. After a brief argument, she finally agreed and let us check out. This is the kind of experience a customer has to go through even after paying and booking a reputed hotel like this—it leaves a very disappointing impression. I’m giving this property 1 star only because of the poor attitude and unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. The rest of the staff and the property itself were excellent. I would recommend the place, but hotel management should seriously consider placing more courteous and customer-friendly staff at the reception.

The much needed getaway...I want to tell people about this place because it's so good but at the same time I want to keep it a secret for my own..lol! It healed me, gave me the calm that I was seeking. It's pure bliss....I did not want to come back from there.. 🌻♥️
