No proper response we need a night blanket but not provided and also drinking water not provided

AC do not work properly. Despite multiple follow ups and requests they do not fix it or change the room. Amenities which are mentioned like refrigerator, washing machine facilities for long stay are not there at all.

The hotel was over all good. Hot water was for limited period. The comfort was not worth to the money.

Ac not working, my check in time 11 am but hotel says 12 pm check in time. Breakfast not good hot water not given 11 am because hot water timing 7 am to 09 am.

This was my first booking on makemytrip, and the experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend using makemytrip for hotel bookings.

The room was a bit clumsy and the service regarding the tv was slow. The manager had to be called a number of times to get the work done.

Rooms are clean but average as per the cost given. Breakfast include means any one pauva or up-ma (one time only) with tea or coffee. So it is not unlimited breakfast. Breakfast quality was best yummiest tasty fresh hot breakfast. 4 good

First they are way to overpriced compared to their room quality,No room calling telephone service.I have stayed with my 1 yr child and at night they don’t even have power backup generators when light is gone i have to hand fan my child more then 30-45 min.Also they have Restorant in which their food quality is also worse and while eating my wife got stapler pin from one of our paneer meal when i told their owner about it they just took that pin showed to their kitchen employees and just say sorry.I would have make Sean of it but there is a family with child also happily enjoying their meals but they need to upgrade their kitchen as it look like hell 🤢once u seen it you will never eat there again this is my worst room stay and for that i have paid huge price 12k for just two rooms what i have experienced i have shared to you but if are not convinced then go and experience your self…

Room with only basic facilities. Charged rs. 5500 per day for room only with poor facilities. Staff is also not welcoming. Our room was on the third floor and lift was not there in the building. Will find better room in dharamshala.

Very nice stay at hotel star holiday home. Good location and near to bus stand. Most of the places are at walking distance

Very poor. Suggest you to do not stay in this hotel as basic facilities are not available like bath accessories. And also rooms are not that much good as compare with tarrif. Room service not working properly.

It was very bad experience about hotel booking with mmt. We have booked hotel in advance through mm t with 100% advance payment, but when we reached at hotel, our booking was not confirmed. When we showed mm t booking confirmation to hotel manager he told that they have not received any confirmation from mmt. After taking with some other persons they agreed to give us rooms. At the end we got the rooms but room service is very poor, room service phone was also not available. Rooms size and cleanliness were very bad as compared to charge. I was with my family and i had to face troubles like these. Overall it was very bad experience. I can't expect this kind of service from a top brand company like mmt.

Good hotel, good restaurants, staff is friendly. Rooms are clean.
