Patang Residency

Property was good, staff were very much cooperative, food was good, located just in the center of saputara. Lake view from the room looks fabulous.

1 food price very high against (qty/quality) 2 room was not feel premium against the price charges look like older 3 swimming pool not good on this price point its dirty (i stay 3 night on this hotel but not used single time swimming pool (very despoilment) 4 staff is very good friendly behaver 5 breakfast was very good

First thing first 1. The wifi was not working anywhere in the property i.e room, lawn, restaurants etc 2. Swimming was extremly dirty not usable. 3. Indoor games were not available to play infact it was discontinued whereas 4. Complementory water bottle provided was only half a little for per person which is not sufficient for a person to servive. 5. Dental kit, comb etc was not provided. 6. Housekeeping services was provided after half a day follow up. 7. The very important part is water leakage from the AC throughout the night. 8. Tata sky dish TV was recharged after multiple follow ups. 9. Check out took half an hour because the bills were not available. 10. Restaurant GST charged 18% inspite others are charging 5%

The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean too and the staff support was excelent. They helped in guideing nearby places to visit at saputara. just a little thing to worry the reastaurant was little bit costly, otherwise the food was great , breakfast was wholesome.

Hot water not available... the room was smelly ..outdated interior... breakfast and dinner were so poor... no proper luggage carry service..

Hotel location is great..coz opposite to Lack..! Market only 2 minutes away! Garden and swimming pool is best.. Food also best.. Staff courtesy is nice.. Only problem about washroom.. Too littal.. Hot water is not Regular deliver.. Light in rooms is not sufficient.. House keeping staff service is poor. Although good stay.. We must be Recommended for stay almost very well. Value of cost.. Saputara is small place, adjacent to Maharashtra border. Hence, a weekend destination for the dry state. Deserted during weekdays. The property location is a dead end , prominent and convenient. Only veg food, tastes good . Amenities ok. However, service standard is doubtful in weekend.

Property is neat and clean, staff behaviour is very nice, food awesome and location is superb. I would suggest going to Patang residency it's worth it and you will definitely make a wonderful trip with unforgettable memories.

Food is not upto the mark as per options and quality. Location is best. Facilities are not good like check in check out time is very odd. Staff is unprofessional. Room facility is not good.

The patang residency offers panoramic view of the lake saputara . The only problem was that the washroom was not clean as per standard the flooring of it was slightly sticky .the best part is location of hotel as all the majoy attractions are nearby

Amenities and food was good. However hotel receptionist failed to acknowledge 15%discount on food and beverages that was promised . Had a long and horrible discussion and he wanted me to call confirm for the discount. Somehow managed it

hotel smells of dampness and old furniture. did not even check in after stepping in and looking at two rooms. highly not recommended.
