Location is good but not a stafff food was bad overall average

The stay at Shilpi Hill Resort was comfortable. The staff was courteous in their behaviour. The room was spacious. Internal room amenities and the room size do not justify the amount of per-night tariff which was charged, the same being on the higher side. Food has been above average. Though on the third day before check-out, the breakfast buffet was constantly out of items as the breakfast team could not keep up with the increased Pax load which had arrived for breakfast. The location of Shilpi Hill Resort is ideal, with excellent connectivity to all points in Saputara.

Very nice big and clean room. Amidst nature. Excellent food. Amenities were also good. Staff were also good. Services were prompt. Food delivery on room service was 20% extra. Spa was closed.
