Amazing place with A good view. Well behaved staffs. Easily accessible location. Decent and comfortable room with basic facilities. But they can improve the cleanliness. I will recommend this property to my friends.

Reaching the property was A bit difficult, but the location was good. The room was good and comfortable. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. The caretaker was good and helpful.

The place is well located and staff is courteous. The room was good but there were some issues. The blanket cover was torn on one blanket and the bathroom lacks some basic things like A shelf to keep toiletries and A hook or stand to hang clothes.

We had a three nights stay in D and A Corporate Residency. This hotel is more like a service apartment with living hall, dining hall and kitchen in the ground floor while the rooms are in the first and second floor. Quiet and safe environment. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They prepared good breakfast and dinner too upon request. Located close to Pothys, Ranganathan Street, BKR Hotel, ALMA, Saravana Stores, Kannadasan Mess, Apollo Pharmacy. Overall we had a pleasant stay here. Ideal for Corporate travelers and also for shoppers. I'm not sure if there was any Wi-Fi, didn't explore this then.
