Not good option to stay with family, and most important if you have personal vehicle you need to park the car outside the service road
Hotel is good for short stay but they don’t have parking, we had to park outside the hotel in the service road which is not safe. Not recommended for staying if you have car or bike

A good hotel in ideal location
Ideally located on OMR just before Navallur toll. It offers good food. Complimentary breakfast even if you have not opted. Just a good gesture from the owner.

Secure stay with good facilities
It was a very pleasant stay at Crescent, Receiptionist (forgot his name) is courteous and helpful. I felt it very safe and secure there, and less disturbance from housekeepers and other staffs. I will recommend this hotel for couples.

Extra bed not given even though 3 guests were booked for a room
Booked 5 rooms in MMT with 15 guests, however, as per hotel, no extra beds are included in this package, how 3 adults can stay in 1 room without an extra bed? Is it MMT issue or hotel issue? Other than that the hotel guys are very friendly and value for money.

familyPros: Staffs are good and helpful. Advantageous location Corns: Dirty bathrooms, uncleaned mirror in the bath room. Small cockroaches moving around. No basic amenities provided. No provision in the room to make tea or coffee.

I have mixed experience in that hotel Crescent Inn.
When we reach the hotel at that time Mr. ANIL was a Manager there and he welcomed us. He is a good man and after that manager, Mr. ANIL was going out and the new manager comes. New manager name was AJAY. Then we are in the room and asked for a complimentary water bottle from hotel manager AJAY, but the new manager AJAY refused to give water and told to pay for it. I made complaint to make my trip on toll free number. The staff of make my trip solved my complaint. Then after we were given the water bottle to the room. We stayed at hotel 3-days. Manager ANIL BHAI was a very good and kind person. Mr. ANIL BHAI was taking good care of us. I think hotel management or owner should keep good kind and person at the reception. As per my view, Mr. ANIL BHAI is a good person at the hotel who makes our stay pleasant. I am also thankful to make my trip support team who helped us on time.

Excellent Stay
Ideally located on OMR just before toll tax. Nearby new mall is Marina just 300 meters. Launchpad restaurant serves awesome food.
