Decent but over-hyped for the price. Sagging beds and a lack of sheer curtains are a let down. Gym was bustling with activity and decently serviced. The breakfast had a choice spread but the tables were small leaving very less elbow room.

Super bad service level

Very bad. The staff at reception had no clue about servicing. Absolutely bad! they seem to have misplaced sense on how to treat the guest. Perhaps they are used to dealing with such low level customers that they thought guests can be taken for granted. If that’s the case, it talks volumes on the type of customer who use courtyard. In any case, i have told my assistant that i will never use this hotel. Not anybody in the company should use. Also, any consultant or vendors who use this should be using it. Thank you for providing me the opportunity to send feedback.

Right from the security, to reception, the chef and the food servers, the entire experience was phenomenal. It was truly my best experience of my life so far in any hotel. They went out of their way make my experience better. Thank you to everyone especially chef do-la and momoi.

This is a useless hotel you will not get service. There are corporate offices around hotel and these guys they are running this hotel. not worth for money , AC is also not working and complaining same no action taken by hotel

Overall a pleasant stay. The complimentary dinner spread was limited but the breakfast spread was huge with lot of variety. They did allow us to check out late. Mm t black benefits were not given and they informed us to check with mm t first.
