Decent but over-hyped for the price. Sagging beds and a lack of sheer curtains are a let down. Gym was bustling with activity and decently serviced. The breakfast had a choice spread but the tables were small leaving very less elbow room.

business Very bad. The staff at reception had no clue about servicing. Absolutely bad! they seem to have misplaced sense on how to treat the guest. Perhaps they are used to dealing with such low level customers that they thought guests can be taken for granted. If that’s the case, it talks volumes on the type of customer who use courtyard. In any case, i have told my assistant that i will never use this hotel. Not anybody in the company should use. Also, any consultant or vendors who use this should be using it. Thank you for providing me the opportunity to send feedback.
