it is a heritage house converted to an Air BnB. it is before Madikeri and easy to navigate and reach. it has a very homely feeling and the caretaker is very nice and polite

We booked two Superior Rooms. One was decently sized, while the other was quite small, which was disappointing. The caretakers were polite and welcoming, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The blankets, bedsheets, and towels were all in good condition. However, the overall experience didn’t feel worth the price. No amenities or extra activities were provided — it's purely a place to sleep over. The bathroom was spacious and clean, which was a plus. Only a kettle was provided in the room; no cutlery or other basic utilities were available. Food was available at an extra cost. The ambience of the property was average, nothing particularly special. Overall, it’s a clean and decent stay if you're just looking for a place to sleep, but don’t expect much beyond that.

The stay is very medicore, its not bad but it's not worth 4000+rs for the deluxe room. There is no space around the property to engage or roam around.Caretaked was not rude but neither was warm Property's food was okayish

little cozy house for kids to play as entire property we only family stayed. kids felt like home and played after 15 hrs long journey. food is k bit costly.

Kids friendly. Staff really nice. Near to dub-are elephant camp.

In a word I felt like I was in home ( service , room ) , in the middle of the forest the stay was so peaceful....😍🤍
