The resort location is extraordinary. secluded, peaceful. Hospitality is good too, the staff was courteous and polite and responded well. However the the staff are not trained upto thr standards of the resort.. When you are charging such high price for a night, the staff professionalism, Food and eminities should be upto the mark. A bunch of inexperienced people are on managing the property, Many if them doesn't know basic Hindi or English. The dining area is not good and doesn't accommodate all the guests. It's very tiny and infact they have been asking guests to take room service. Food is average The chef doesn't know how to make Chinese or continental cuisine. They are making pakoda of all kinds for the starters you order. We ordered onion rings and crispy corn with were made with besan and tasted like pakoda. Food requires lots of improvement. Except for the property location, room, rest all were mediocre requires lot of improvement for the cost they are charging. They didn't provide toiletries or towels , we had to follow up and get them . Also they charged 2% extra for our food bill for credit card and added wrong items in our bill. After we verified and asked them to correct that guy checked with multiple people and then removed them, As mentioned above, need professional behavior from the staff. There is a little stream in the property but during our morning walk it was smelly, we are not sure if the resort is leaving their drainage in this.

The rooms had small cockroach for adults it is ok.. but for ppl gng with kids it will be big problem. Kids eatable items will be there feeding bottle will be kept open after washing so those things I felt bad... Room service was good and good was average. The place looks good. Parking area can be made much better.

location is best for nature's beauty,but we faced network problem over there, staff is very generous they helped us . amenities are good.Hospitality was good

Clean & luxurious cottage in the mid of lush greenery. Excellent food

The room was nice and so was the location. It is far away from the chaos of the city. The food served was just above average. Lot of scope for improvement. The staff of the resort are very nice and very helpful. They behaved as if they knew us for a long time. With the above mentioned pros and cons it is a good place for a weekend getaway.

Found the property through MMT. Property is cool not bad. Food is also above average. There are no amenities. Service is also fine. Overall no complaints.

the room that was shown wasn't the room given additionally, the door was made of glasses and it was very thin.

The place was really good. Food was great. Upma for the breakfast was totally next level. Went for the nature walk in the morning, very peaceful.

Property is good but approaching road close to the property may be little risky during mansoon. Food was very tasty and hospitality of the staffs was also excellent. Only complain is about the bedcovers and pillow covers which can be cleaner and fresh.

Location of cottage is excellant which is situated between forest.Food is also very testy.

Location is good, surrounded with full of greenery. Dinner was good but breakfast had limited variety, taste was not good. Services are ok, rooms are ok. If you’re planning they try for cottage room, though we stayed in AC room which was ok

Quiet and cozy location with extremely good hospitality from mr. Chandru and team. There is room for improvement such as breakfast menu should be more, roads at front of cottage to be improved
