First day we booked balcony room but we didn’t got the balcony. But caretaker was so good. He provided suite room for the next night

Bad smell from bathroom.

The location where the stay was very good and with a pleasant view of Kodaikanal. There was no restaurant nearby for having breakfast and dinner. The manager of the stay gave me the number of a lady who is preparing and supplying food near to the stay. The food was average and cheap. If you are looking for budget friendly food options you can choose this. Overall the stay was good.

wifi network strength was very low and they told they will give kettle but I didn't get kettle and I didn't get towel

Worst experience
Disappointed with the property location, maintenance, behaviour of the owner. It was in the underground and the place was filthy. Didn't check in to the property and had to move out. First time have experienced It's not even worth 10% the cost it has charged Photos didn't match. I had got a prompt response support but that didn't solve the problem.

3 days staying, No Room cleaning, No drinking water supply, Window curtains are very dirty. Bathroom also no proper cleaning

Location was excellent, the staffs were friendly. The balcony view was breathtaking. Overall a good stay at a descent price.
