1.⁠ ⁠unclean room: the room was not properly cleaned, with dust and stains evident on the furniture and carpets. 2.⁠ ⁠poor service: the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, taking a long time to address my concerns. 3.⁠ ⁠limited amenities: the hotel's amenities, such as the gym and restaurant, were not well-maintained. recommendation: while the hotel's location was convenient, the numerous issues overshadowed this advantage. until significant improvements are made, i would caution others booked a/c room he said with your budget i can’t give you ac room and demanded for more money!!!

The staff are not friendly at all. They asked me to pay extra money. The receptionist can't speak hindi or english.

No hygiene, reception like a gooden, staff behavior is also very rude. Bed sheet room, & toilet are not clean

Its not the same comfort that is in the picture. During checking in they always take extra amount than we paid using mm t app. There is no water in the morning. The entire area is not cleaned.

The worst Oyo you could find in banglore. when we arrived at the hotel they asked us for extra 150 rupees and after contacting the customer service we were given the room after one hour waiting in the reception. then they refused to give us AC room even tough we booked Ac.the bed sheets had stains. overall the worst stay i had till now

Other building construction going around the area, so it was noisy most of the time the water in washroom stopped 2 times, after calling the manager only the motor was on and water came wifi was not working on a saturday for almost 10 hours. Manager told it will be up in 1 hour but nothing happened

From the day when we checked into room there was lack of water facility especially hot water. In spite of being complaining many times regarding hot water they provided 2 buckets of hot water which was insufficient and we were 4 members and in both the rooms we were not getting hot water. Worst experience for us.
