when i reach hotel reception a male staff was there. no greetings
no welcome even he is not paying attention on the counter, when i said hello, he looked at me and asked, yes then i shown him the booking id, he said no, this is not confirmed!!! i shown him the booking confirmation, he said in my system not showing confirmation. because you paid less amount, i got surprised, then i called your customer support, they immediately resolved the issue, and the guy directed to the rooms. it took around half an hour, needless to say my sister was standing outside. need proper training to be given to the customer service staff. he sitting with angry face. totally dissatisfied. this is second (bad) experience with me from oyo flag ship first one i booked room, when i reached the location found that they closed down before six months ‼
