Worst ever stay

Very worst maintenance, room full of toilet smells, entire property is in worst condition, it's not recommended for family stay.

Actually the stay is worth it, the room and lenin, hot water is provided, ac is working fine and resturants are near by the most importantly it is walkable distance from koyambedu bus station for which we took this hotel

when i reach hotel reception a male staff was there. no greetings no welcome even he is not paying attention on the counter, when i said hello, he looked at me and asked, yes then i shown him the booking id, he said no, this is not confirmed!!! i shown him the booking confirmation, he said in my system not showing confirmation. because you paid less amount, i got surprised, then i called your customer support, they immediately resolved the issue, and the guy directed to the rooms. it took around half an hour, needless to say my sister was standing outside. need proper training to be given to the customer service staff. he sitting with angry face. totally dissatisfied. this is second (bad) experience with me from oyo flag ship first one i booked room, when i reached the location found that they closed down before six months ‼

i suggest no one book this hotel like family, couple, and solo guest also.if you booking through oyo or other app they denied it b'caz they want too much of extra amount so they said direct booking only they charged 1800 for thier worthless room.bathroom service bad.honestly say you never feel about your secure.room service bad.tv and ac they did not given remote also.plz no one book this hotel for my kind request

Nice location but need improvement in cleanliness

My stay was good but they need to improve the cleanliness of hotel. Staff is good in behaviour but I felt some issue with language because they are proficient in local language.

Dirty washroom, towel horrible. Not worth to stay in such an unhygienic hotel. AC was good and the TV was good. The restaurant down below the hotel was good.
