When i was going there to check in payment was already paid online through but receptionist said online booking is not allowed we make sold out. Thay doesn't need customer they want 1 hrs users only

Average Stay
They don't have manners to handle the guest. 1st- they don't provide proper blanket when we complain, the reply was like we can't do anything at night talk to the manager in the morning. 2nd-They didn't provide basic amenities like soap, when we complain, the reply is like take it now. There is no courtesy to send it to room. The photos of the hotel provided in the website are correct and they are sample room for show off. If you are lucky, you will get the room or else you will get room where no proper blanket or dirty washroom.

Bad experience
I checked in late. In the winter, the manager said we have blankets in only 4 rooms. Very bad experience.

Very poor service and washroom conditions
Toilet seats are very bad, hot water not available, the lift is not working.

The photos shared are not as same as the room
The room was not pleasant as shown in the pictures. The towel given was very old and not able to use. The breakfast had no variety.
