Cleanliness: Average The cleanliness of the room was average. While the housekeeping staff did make an effort to tidy up the room, it didn't quite meet our expectations. There were some noticeable areas that required more attention. Maintenance Issues The geyser pipe had a noticeable leakage, which was concerning. Additionally, the shower gel bottle in the bathroom was not working properly, making it inconvenient to use. In-Room Entertainment The TV in the room was essentially non-functional due to an expired dish connection. Despite trying to access various channels, we were unable to watch anything, rendering the TV more of a decorative piece than an entertainment option. Air Quality At one point during our stay, a strong smell of smoking wafted into the room, which was unpleasant. Given the hotel's non-smoking policy, we were surprised by this occurrence. Bedding Upon inspecting the bed sheets, we noticed a few stray hairs, which suggested that the laundry process might not have been thorough. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing. Overall Experience While the hotel had some redeeming qualities, the issues mentioned above detracted from our overall experience. We hope that the management will take these concerns seriously and implement necessary improvements to enhance the quality of stay for future guests.

“I had booked the room at 03:40 PM. When I arrived at the hotel around 07:30 PM, the receptionist told me that the room wasn’t ready and I would have to wait. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I was finally given the room. However, when I entered the room, I noticed that there was no light bulb in the bathroom, and the intercom phone wasn’t working.”

Property's location is easy to find. I hadn't tried food there. Amenities was zero.. service was not so good.

I had a very comfortable stay at kop international. The linens were clean as well as the washrooms. Moreover, room service was really quick and the milk tea was to die for. I highly recommend their services.

Nice and comfortable the hotel is looking good after the renovation. Good food, great ambience, quick service. The small pool on the rooftop is an added attraction.
