Hotel staff is working proactively which resolves all issues within limited time period that enhance my satisfaction.

Hallways were quiet even during busy times. Our child could nap in the afternoon without being disturbed by other guests.

Could check in before official time. Room was ready and clean. WiFi setup was simple with clear instructions given.

We booked for 3 days, but hardly stayed for few hours. No call from hotel for arrival Wrong location provided with booking confirmation Hotel reception number not provided with booking confirmation No secured parking They are changing for drinking water 150% market prices. No service available at hotel like warm water for drinking in morning They are professional at time of billing for charge of drinking water, never told that these bottle are chargeable and they have RO also. No shampoo No inside kundi available on door CCTV screen they keep switch off They don't have hot water cattle. not a single call from hotel regarding check in or arrival. hotel location was wrong we reached around midnight. there was no any hotel at location. we called oyo helpline but didn't got the location finally got hotel number then anyhow we reached there. actual hotel was 3 streets away from the provided location. it's not acceptable at all. there may be family along with someone. where they will go at midnight. they didn't provided hot water to drink in morning which is common thing now a days the gave water bottle and finally charged 150 % from the market rate. they we're not agree to even 1 water bottle complementry. they didn't provided any shampoo or body wash no kundi available on the door to lock it from inside. it's a privacy issue they don't have parking space i had to park my car in the public street overall this hotel deserve 0 ratings
