Food is very costly according to hotel condition, no hot water for bath, door lock system poor, bathroom accessories very poor, water leaking problems, need to Improve

according to room price is very high , room is very dull & poor interior . property's photo nice shared MMT , accually not like that bed sheets & blanket quality is poor not according to price . waste of money here .

Hotel was good. Food was outstanding. The chef / restaurant manager would explain the order once on call and how it would look like to avoid confusion. Nobody to disturb you and the staff is delightful. However, there were power outages for a longer period of time due to heavy rain which could have been avoided being a renowned hotel. Additionally, due to the AC would start leaking while turned off for a longer period.

The bed sheet were not clean, cockroaches and rats were seen in the restaurant, there was a foul smell from the room.

The location was amazing and the rooms were quite clean and the services provided and price was up to the maro

they don have room have cabin with no vent and smelly aura , washroom was poorly maintained! i will never recommend this hotel to anyone ! please book anyother not this one

I have never seen the pathetic, property in my life. The room has a very bad smell. Towels are not cleaned and old too. The washroom is very dirty. No door mat at the washroom. Lighting is not good. Now come to the food. Food is toooo expensive. I have taken 1 dal makhni 4 butter roti and green salad and 1 water bottle in dinner. That cost 800 rs.

Super pathetic service and staff. Highly recommended to avoid this hotel. Service is not upto the mark as per the tariff

The location of the property is good, the food is also good but it cannot be called the best. Some things need improvement. Cleanliness also needs improvement.

Room not clean. If i rate cleanliness it will be in -ve. Room fan is not cleaned from ages. Unable to load pic here to show proof. When switched on the ac it noise a lot. No proper ventilation window in room. Even no fire radiants in the room. How can this be a 3star hotel?

They had no fan in room and it wasn't even mentioned in description ! asked for water bottle, they took 1 hr to give one water bottle! u can get better hotel at this price ! don't waste your money there

This was my second time staying in this hotel, previously i booked a standard room & this time i booked a deluxe room expecting a better room & space but the room was even worse, dirty bedsheets, dirty towels. Washroom was very small, even smaller than the standard room, dirt stains were all over the washroom floor & mirror. I asked the housekeeping to give me fresh & clean towels but that guy gave me the same dirty towel after some time saying this was a fresh one. Room service was so delayed, you have to make multiple calls & remind the staf what you have asked for. Ac was not working properly, it was too old & took almost an hour to cool the room. Food was good though.

As on my special request i want room on top floor. But hotel staff can’t see that and the room not well according to rate

They are not putting breakfast table inside the dining room. Bathroom is not cleaned properly. Towels are not at all cleaned.
