Review Of Coco Retreat Farm Villa | Room & Pool

Everything is bad. Location: I felt like I am going to some haunted place. It is so far from town and no proper roads to reach. Google maps also can't find the proper way to this place and no Airtel signal near by this place Room: So many cockroaches in room, it is not at all hygienic. Food: Food is not good. I skipped breakfast and vacated the room before having breakfast.

Rooms were comfortable,food was good and on time

Our experience was terrible. I booked 2 standard rooms AC. Both rooms were of different size. 1 room didnt even had a cupboard to keep our things. We had to keep everything down on the floor. And worst part is.. lots of lizards and cockroaches. So it was like we are bringing cockroaches home with our dresses, from coco retreat. The ceiling of the room was broken. The AC was leaking water. And the pillow covers were stained and torn. Bedsheet was not cleaned properly. Pool was also average. Cleaning was not proper. Breakfast also, no options. Overall, very poor experience.

Swimming pool was decently maintained. Food was okay not bad. We have to order our food before and then only they will make it fresh. Biriyani items could be better as it got cooked in cooker, so it was little sticky. I liked parotta, chapathi, chicken curry and egg items. Complimentary breakfast had limited menu items like idly, Pongal, Vada and uthappam. It would have been great if we get some bread items, cereals and hot beverages as well. Food was like home cooked, so was easy on stomach. Quality of the rooms could be better. Curtains were not proper. There was no place to hang clothes as wardrobes were not proper. There wasn’t any table to have food in the room. Property can be accessed only if we have private vehicles as it is too deep from the main road. Play area for kids lacks safety features. We requested early check in which was denied. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience but not bad as well.

stay was very nice. my daughter's enjoyed the swiming pool. only thing is in breakfast they can add one or two items etra😁

Food and other amenities were good. Property location is appx 10 km far from Mahabalipuram in a village.

Swimming pool was good but room are not good and don't by dinner inside it's worst so buying dinner inside is not recommended and for breakfast they will give idly and Pongal and say this is complementary but it's unlimited

Our farm stay experience was really disappointing. The rooms lacked basic amenities like toiletries, water, phone, and even a kettle - and we had to pay extra for everything. The service was pretty bad too. We had power outages not once, but twice, and each time it took 2 hours to get the electricity back. The water supply was also super inconsistent. Given the issues, it felt overpriced. Maybe focus on getting the basics right and being more transparent about what's included? I would never recommend this to anyone. Adding that it is located in a remote area, there were no signs or hoardings on the way to the farm.

Not that much good. All sudden I can notice lot of buzz around in the room. I woke in the morning. There were bees roaming around in the bathroom. Once I informed they simply cleaned them with broomstick. Not even used sanitizer. And very poor food ordering system. Menu has one price and they charged more than menu and said menu is not updated. I wont recommend this to anyone as my personal experience with this resort

Nice stay, coco retreat ambiance was very good. Swimming pool was awasome. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I have booked standard room through mmt but location was interior and road was not good. After so many struggle I have reach and check in. Rooms was small not like shown in pics. I have started arguing with reception how was very rude and saying this only standard room. Even swimmimg pool also located in different property where is cqr parking. Totally waste and spoiled our weekend trip.

Location good , food average , room old property door are damaged then i called then they came and repair , if you go with frds then good property family stay average, staff behaviour is very poor specially that receptionist guy

Our recent stay at the resort, where we booked six standard rooms for our family, was extremely disappointing. The rooms we received were in a state of disrepair: old, with broken furniture, uncomfortable mattresses, stained bedsheets, and leaking fixtures. Adding to our dismay, we found cockroaches in several rooms. It appears the images on the MMT website are swapped with photos of the Deluxe rooms, misrepresenting the actual standard accommodations. Although the pool itself was enjoyable, the surrounding seating areas were rusted and in poor condition. We are deeply concerned by the lack of maintenance at this property and equally disheartened that MMT lists .

Property maintenance is good and neat Services was very good and available all the time Worth for the money but location is totally out of city there is no shops nearby that is the issue otherwise well and good 👍

Rooms were good Excellent ambience Polite and friendly staff Food ordering was convenient Check in and check out was simple and user friendly Only drawback was that the pool closed by 6pm The pool timing could be a little longer

Food was good, but chef availability is not sure. Located in an interior place, so accessibility to nearby shops is hard. The resort has become old and constant maintenance is required. Beds, Pillows and Towels needed to be washed, it looked bad and made us uncomfortable. We stayed for 2 days, overall Average.

I went with my family it's a great experience. clean and nice room, enjoyed lot in swimming pool. breakfast and dinner with separate price
