Not Professional way towards Customer Service
Breakfast inclusive pack was taken. But the Receptionist was asking us to pay for 1 kid. Which is unprofessional and ridiculous.

Excellent Stay
Stayed with family including little kids. Rooms were neat, clean and well maintained. Staff at the reception and housekeeping were very helpful. Restaurant food was also good, could add more veg dining options.. Overall had a good stay

It was an amazing worst experience. Ac was not working in the suit room and late at night they asked me to Change the room. Response is also very poor from the hotel people. The restaurant is also utter slow.

AC was Not Working and poor front desk experience
Initially allocated room AC is not working and after that multiple follow up they changed the room. After that packing done again the things and moved to other room. Before room allocation it AC checking to be done. Already informed for invoice for early morning check out but that communication were missed and again explained to new person and invoice provided.

Nice hotel with clean and tidy rooms. Excellent food. Only thing missing iss a soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Staff are very rude and they are misguided us, unnecessary arguing with the customers regarding their policies

Average Stay
my experience was marred by a major issue - the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Despite reporting the problem to the front desk multiple times, the issue persisted throughout my stay. The room was consistently warm, making it difficult to relax and sleep. I was disappointed that the hotel's maintenance team couldn't resolve the issue promptly. Other aspects of my stay were average. The room was clean,food was good and the bed was comfortable. However, the AC issue overshadowed these positives.
