My stay at the hotel was average. The room was clean and the location was convenient, but the service could have been more attentive. Some amenities were lacking or not well-maintained. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Worst hotel mattress’s and dirty floor..so don’t try to go with the in and around worst scenario, try to avoid

worst location of the hotel to stay with family and small kids, it is located in the same premises where bar and restaurant lies. And the locality wise it is located in the narrow roads of the automobile market of the Salem. while searching for the room at least you could have prompted as that it is located in the narrow roads and automobile section where car parking is a hercule in task, staying with family with kids is the more challenging in the area this is the worst experience. just we relied on the MakeMyTrip website to show the good hotel but we say for the worst experience, I will escalate this to the top management

Place is very old , not well maintained , no hot water, electric switches broken.. not a place to stay

Stay was good as property was located in the middle of the city with proper connection of road and parking facilities. It was also nearer to the central bus stand. There were many restaurants located near to property. Rooms were very well ventilated. Facilities provided by the management was good.

The rooms are neat and the hot water for bathing is great. A good place to come with your partner. This room is worth the money. The employees attitudes are good. Also, this room resembles the house. Although, there is no lift I wouldn't complain. Totally, a low budget great room to go for.

The hotel management was very poor. They behave rudely to customer and only money minded. We already paid in booking portal but they ask extra amount at the time of check-in
