Room was comfortable. Room service was good Food was excellent

Location is good, on hospitality and quality of service, there is scope for improvement

Hotel shrie shant Salem is a very good hotel both for staying and dining.Room and toilet is very hygienic and comfortable. Restaurant is very neat and food services are very pucca. It's location is very near to Salem town, it is also very convient for customers of Hotel, I noticed two things to point out that about Car parking facility, that's parking area is very dirty, other one is cost of food is high eventhough the food is delicious

Overall, we are satisfied with the ambience, the rooms, service and breakfast in this hotel. The location is also ideal.

Good rooms, clean washrooms, friendly staff. Food is good from the attached restaurant. Ample space for parking in the open air.

GM behaviour is very bad. not professional and also not as per corporate needs. best to avoid as better options with good behaviour is there.

Every thing is good interms of food quality, amenities, services and prime location near to Salem busstand.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for city access. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit dated, with older sanitary fittings. However, the breakfast is a pleasant surprise, offering tasty vegetarian options despite the limited variety.

The room was good, staff were good too. Mattress was hard as rock in the morning my back was hurting to the extreme. Breakfast was good but the timings are very odd. We go to the hotel to rest but they close breakfast at 9:30 like we have to get up early to have breakfast. It would be better if they extend the timing till 10:30 or above.

the property is at the central location. easy for reaching any part of salem by local bus or car. they have friendly staff and flexible. good mid-budget hotel for business stays.

Clean room and bathroom. Location also good, close to bus stand. Decent breakfast. No kettle provided in the room *a very bad drainage leakage just outside the hotel, which is very toxic and dangerous for health. Really threatening for health*

I wanted masala dosa, but they didn't have. Staff behavior: very good.

Very comfortable stay. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. There is enough parking on the property on the opposite side.

Overall ok. Bathroom not so clean - colour and hard water like stain all over. Room was very good and clean. Food was very good, and restaurant staff behaviour was excellent. Security guard and reception staff are not that pleasing or friendly. Lot of space for improvement in bathroom appearance/ cleaning and in the hospitality. Overall good for a night's stay, but not worth the money.
