The rooms are kind of ok for the rates. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Location is convenient. Food is ok

Service was good but not worth for money I booked superior deluxe , cockroach was there in my room there is no proper maintenance, but the property was in a main location of the city so only prefered it

I searched for a different date and ended up with a reservation for different dates. Enquired front desk person both in person and call to cancel reservation and refund my money. They agreed to do their best and all I got was "we can't refund".Zero thoughts on customer. Paid for not staying at all. Can't get a terrible experience like this

located in the prime area, access is great. They have a decent menu to select from, complementary breakfast is not up to the expected standards. The condition of the room and toilet facilities are way below standards. The flush didn't work, on request someone came and repaired, but of no use. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room too. What annoyed me is the safety of women. The office staff calls up the room and checks for age and other personal things. Not recommended for women.

I don’t want to review for coupon. It’s an average hotel, not worth the hype Parking will be challenge very limited underground spot. Room interiors do not go or property photos - let me share the reality. Total to spent for superior room with extra bed. Not worth the money. If you contact the property they ll give the same room for Still some wont believe hence attached photos

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. It was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. 1. Basic amenities like soap and towels were not provided. 2. Both the bathroom and toilet flush were not functioning, indicating extremely poor maintenance. 3. The rooms were not well-kept, which made the stay uncomfortable. 4. The morning breakfast was of very poor quality, adding to the disappointment. This level of service is unacceptable, and I felt compelled to bring it to your attention. I hope you will take immediate steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service for future guests.

We had two days stay the hotel, very worst room due not proper in the items in room. Service was good but we think food had not good. You will making should deference change food in early breakfast. Finally only one comfortable, we saying near by bus stand in hotel just walk up distance in hotel.

The room was very small, no basic amenities provided, outside food not provided, room boys not courteous

Room not comfortable, tariff high compare with direct booking, one month back directly i booked room rent 1850 include tax, but the same room you claim 2344.

The on line single occupancy is very small room they provided. Food is ok hotel location is near to bus stand

easy location and nice hospitality. rooms are ok and need improvement in few aspects. otherwise a nice place to stay.

The place is located in town. Suitable for travelers but not tourist. More of functions at their conventional hall and built in same dinning center. Attention towards service is more to functional crowd than independent travel or small group. Wish they should improve their service reflex. The service team does have conordination among them self. May be the team leader should hold responsibility as i find individually people are good. Best wishes for their improvement.

They not give check in very rude people. Say our price is not match with mm t price so never book this hotel

Wifi was not working and the room allotted was very small but manageable and comfortable and staff very courteous but as per superior category and the amount taken it should be huge room as i expected. Anyway food average but the biriyani was good.
