Not as good as they charged the amount hotel rate is too high. Food quality okay but room cleanliness or bathroom not too good taps have not handle.

Ultimate location nestled in the greenery of hills, toy train track surrounding the hotel makes it eye-catching. Staff is very humble and cooperative. Though the food prices are on higher side but comfort and the service provided by the staff makes it worth.

Room doesn't have basic amenities like hot water kettle. Room is also quite average. No pest control.

Stayed there for one night and the facilities were nice. Food was good and view was nice. Only issue that the hotel is on the road so no ice of vehicles was too much.

Overall hotel is good, rooms are ok. Staff is very polite. But this hotel on the road. Hard to sleep in such a traffic noise. If you are planning holiday for peace then not recommended. Yes if you just want to take a rest during long journey then it is best. Not recommended for Kausali visitor. Very far from city center. Good for stay during long route journey.

It was perfect. The only thing which i dont like was twin bed concept, it was kind of uneasy to sleep in a single bed.

Nice overall experience but location is not good. You can hear noise of the trucks and vechiles all night. Rest it was very good. Staff is very polite and helpful. I am very satisfied. Will check in again.

The hospitality of the staff is really very nice. The rooms are undoubtedly worth the money. Very neat & clean. The view from this hotel is also very beautiful. Overall a great experience. I definitely recommend this place for a good & economical stay.

Left keys with trust but when came back my silver bangle was not in place and lost it. Discussed with manager but get any positive reply. Everything hospitality and all was very good but it was a loss of Rs. 2000-3000.
