Property is 45 kms away from madikeri, good for ppl looking for jungle experience. Food is available parking is good. Rooms are good.

Nice peaceful location

I must say, my recent stay at this supposedly "new" homestay left a lot to be desired. It's quite evident that cleanliness isn't high on their priority list, and the property gives off the vibe that it rarely sees any visitors. Despite informing them of our late evening arrival, there was no one around to lend a hand, and the service was frustratingly slow. The state of the toilet was simply unbearable due to the foul smell, and to make matters worse, the bedsheet and blankets were unbelievably dusty, leading to some unfortunate skin problems. This experience was far from satisfactory.

Place is nice and peaceful. People are also good. But it is far from Madigeri and major tourist attractions.

This hotel is far from all busy tourist spots. This hotel is in a village. So u will not find any rush & crowd near the hotel. It will b a peaceful village atmosphere. The caretaker mr. Anil is very helpful. He will cook authentic coorg food for u.

Location was so nice, the gardens were there. The property was in outside of the City. That was a secure and clean place. Rooms were excellent. Owner and staff were helpful. They provide in-house kitchen, where one can cook food. It is a recommended property.

Location is peaceful. The villa is good and well maintained.

Nice stay with good kitchen facility, clean place, good surrounding, only drawback is there is only one washroom.

Very welcoming host. The view from the room was/is amazing. Maybe it was not his best time we booked the room. He had technical issues which was completely out of his hands. But he explained the situation and made sure we are comfortable in all possible way. Will surely recommend and will visit again.

Akarshan and his family welcome you as if you are a member of their own family. The owner and his family were very friendly, warm hearted and helpful. It's a great location and the view is fantastic. The room was big, clean and feels pretty homey the food was fantastic. We had authentic coorg food. Moreover they have really nice food at very cost effective rates. You can ask for local sight seeing if you want any. Akarshan also took us for trekking. The place is reloaded with love, tranquility, peace, serenity and good vibes. We couldn't have asked for a more better place. It was perfect. Thanks for making my stay a memorable one.
