It's worse as no cooking allowed even for baby and housekeeping is always saying no for anything if we asked

service was not even worth the money we paid....we booked 2 rooms and stayed for 4 nights and they never even swept the room at once ....we have been using the same towels for four days....the door mat, curtains, bedsheet everything was so dirty......we even asked to change it but the boy said that is what they have.....Ac was broken, no room service for anything.....not at all satisfied with the stay

There is no proper response. No reception room. A/c is not cooling. No lock in toilet room ventilation door is open. No lock for this. Supervisor is illiterate. Poor behaviour. Overall our family is too frustrated with their service.
