The home stay rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was too good. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. But it is a bit far from the town.

I recently stayed at Cardamom Village Villa and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but the reality was disappointing. Unpleasant Check-In: The check-in process was disorganized and slow. Despite having a reservation, I had to wait for an extended period, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared. Room Condition: The room I was assigned was not up to the standard I expected. It was poorly maintained, with outdated furniture, stains on the carpet, and a musty odor. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Noise Issues: The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. Thin walls and noisy hallways contributed to a lack of peace and quiet, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Customer Service: I encountered unprofessional and unresponsive staff throughout my stay. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Amenities Not as Advertised: The hotel's amenities did not live up to the promises. The Wi-Fi facility was not provided, and other facilities were either unavailable or in poor condition. Overpriced for the Quality: Considering the overall experience, the cost of the stay was exorbitant. I expected a certain level of comfort and service for the price paid, but sadly, it fell short. We have been asked for extra fare of Rs during check out which is really unfair. In conclusion, my stay at Cardamom Village Villa was a regrettable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others, as there are better options available in the area offering superior service and accommodations.
