All staff are not good

Property ask for extra cash other than booking price, room smells bad, yet booking for deluxe room given basic classic room

I reached there at 11 p. M. Just because i booked through makemytrip app they told me that there is no vacation room and told me to wait till 12 p. M. But i saw people coming and getting rooms on the spot

Staff behavior is good. No water problem no power issues and also center of the city. Nearby railway station and bus stand.

Property is walkable to indian railways, walkable to shopping, walkable to lunch dinner tiffins, superb mindblowing amenities staff and services

The deluxe room is hygienic and comfortable and available at affordable price. Staff and room servicing is good.

Near to railway station friendly staff lunch dinner attached good bed tea coffee attached snacks stall also attached overall nice atmosphere

Not Friendly…Extended One day but refused by Property.After some arguments they let me stay. Overall not recommended.

The hotel not responding properly & asked for extra money after booking in make my trip & i have paid extra amount of 400 rs. Pols look it up & take action.

Stay is ok food is worst but off line they are giving same price for 24 hours, in on line i have paid same price but 12 pm check inn, 11 am checkout

Hotel has changed rs350 extra per day saying that make my trip doent pay them. Room maintenance is very very poor

They're not provided bed for 3rd person, after requesting also no response from hotel management side

It’s been a terrible stay there is no basic amenities was placed in the room especially their is no water bottle no telephone and tv is not functioning and bed is uncomfortable to sleep. While check out bell boy is asking for tip so this is totally messed up.

It is with your make my trip. I booked the room to check in at 12 but unfortunately i reached at 3 pm for checkin. Hotel management said that no rooms available and reach out to make my trip support. They will give you another room in different hotel. Make my trip support is too horrible we are not able to understand what they are saying. If i book a room it should be available for me from booking date to ending date. How hotel management gave the room to others. How you booked my room. I made payment so you guys need to take of this. I will definitely spread this to all my circles to don't use make my trip to book rooms. If you use you don't get the room even if you made a full payment. I will post on social media everywhere.

Very bad smell in rooms, staff behaviour is not good. Although advantage is location is very near to railway station

Room is clean and there is no disturbance and room service is good, met the expectations within the budget.

I have not taken room because the hotel management is asking more amount what we book he is charging extra 1000 /- so that my sincerely request don't book this hotel 🙏🙏

We not check in hotel the hotel person is asking more money for each room 1000 ₹

Property denied check in and demanding extra money after payment of 500 rupees they allow me to check in after 2 hours 30 minutes
