My experience there was very bad , there were bugs in rooms and no room service was available and their restaurant was also shutdowned and also there were no plates available to eat food which i ordered from zomato

From the moment I entered that premises it was full negativity, the approach of waiters , supervisors like why the hell have you come here ? There was some dispute between the waiters and management. That’s the reason they all treated guests in a bad way. Actually I had planned to stay there for 2 nights but because of their bad behaviour I stayed only one day. Their manager Mr Rane was good and helpful rest all were terrible.

Through Make my trip I have enjoyed a lot during my Goa tour.. really it's helpful give more options in affordable prices..Thanks very much

the camp sanfrancisco is unhygienic, wrost service, smell , broken furniture, the staff not cooperative, zero service , even they charged me for water bottle that is complimentary in booking over all bad experience,.

It is a nice place on the beach. The huts are simple but meet your needs. The people are very friendly - sheban, ravi and the rest of the team are helpful. As a woman, i travel-led on my own and felt comfortable. Thank you.

Overall average stay. Location is good, in centre of palolem beach, hotel ambience is ok. Good spacious room and bathroom was ok no 24 hours room service, no intercom to connect. Owner screamed at me for calling him multiple times to get host number as none of the numbers were picking up the call to check early check in. Had water issues, the pump was not working due to which the water flow in bathroom was too slow. Whatever was requested to manager was either delayed or neglected.

I recently stayed here and i have to say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured that my check-in process was quick and smooth. The lobby is beautiful, with a modern and elegant design.

rooms are clean with beautiful sea view. services are good. only issue is there is no generator and in case there is a power cut then traveller has to bear the scorching heat.

Bad experience, stains on pillow cover & bedsheet, they don't even change the bed sheets. Sea view was ok, but garden view stay was bad. Mini fridge in room was not working. No proper lights outside the room. No staff was available to take the garbage which i had kept in the dustbin on my first day stay.

The people were excellent, and everything is well and good the one thing is missing, they are not supplying any drinking water which is a basic thing, we stay for four days but we have to purchase drinking water for ourself

Location is very good but room is very poor and food service not available. Timing not perfect.

We were not happy by stay in camp sanfrancisco. Not clean. Rooms were in bad confition too. Ac and fan was not working properly and service was very bad. No soap, no aminities provided.

I visited this place yesterday. Owner don't care for guest. If you call them, they will call u back after 4 hours. Staff is rude. No care for guest. Rooms are very unhygienic. Don't waste your money here.

Just had stay, not any enjoyable one. On reporting staff shown the rooms, staff are corporative but not attentive, i booked 2 rooms, property having nice garden, room are not so good, unpleasant smell like no cleaning, due to frequent tripping of ac had horrible night. Food in restaurant are tasty had good ambience.
