The property is located on the waterfront and provides very pleasing vistas. Also offers rides on the interconnected waterways of the region. The rooms are aesthetically furnished and air conditioned. Solar heaters provide 24 hour hot water in the bathrooms as well. Food is made to order and was extremely tasty. Recommended for solo traveles or for families

Scenic place. Calm and clean all around. Good hospitality. Good food. Inform them beforehand if you want to try out anything special on local cusine, specially fish. Host is very friendly

I booked for 2 nights but left this property early next day as property doesn't feel safe for couples. This property is very far from town in isolated village area. OLA, UBER, MMT & other CAB booking services not available here. Bedsheet and pillows stinks 2 nights stay in march 2020 in Breeze Backwater Homes.

Good place to visit with family with reasonable cost. Kudos to the caretaker Ajeesh.

Hospitality and services were really very nice. Staff was very attentive. The property location was very peaceful. Clean and cozy room with the basic facilities. Food was delicious. I would like to recommend this property to my relatives.

A mesmerizing memories attached to the hotel which is located at an exotic place on the bank of backwaters. Manager is excellent in hosting guests. You wouldn't be disappointed in any aspects.

It's situated right next to backwaters. You get nice view from here. There is lot of open space and multiple sitting options. You can relax as you want. It's peaceful, safe and secure. Caretaker Mr. Ajish is very helpful and responsible. Food was tasty and they cook as you want. They have their boats and you can go for backwater trip as you want.

We loved our family trip to the property. Centrally located and most of the attractions were nearby. The host and staffs were really Worth mentioning as they took great care of us. The food quality was amazing and the variety was available. There was a sense of security. Highly recommend the property to others.

Home stay was good. Caretaker Mr. Ajit was very cooperative and humble. Food served was very good. One thing remember that this home-stay is 30 km after Alleppey Backwater. If you enjoy the Alleppey this is a not ideal location.

It's a small homestay cum hotel with four rooms situated right on the backwaters. There are hammocks placed in the garden and the sunrise and sunset from the garden is breathtaking. Accessing the place is a challenge and you will have to coordinate with the hotel. However, the manager Ajeesh is very friendly and helpful and took great care of us. They also have their own boat to take you around the backwaters.

A serenely scenic place, it's a 100% up vote from me for the location. My words cannot do justice to the beauty of this place. The serenity and beauty was taken to the next level while on the boat sail. The chirping of the birds, the reflections, the hardworking villagers - I could not ask for more from this place. With a friendly, helpful staff who understand and speak English, I had the best of Kerala puttu with vegetable stew for breakfast, all while enjoying the sounds of nature. The dinner too was relishing. However, my cottage room (neat and tidy) had power issues post midnight, which did not bother me much as the weather was pleasant and I could do without the AC. Also, the Manager of the place tried his best to fix the issue, but sometimes some things are inevitable. Overall, I had one of the best stays at this place and I would rate it a 4. 8 out of 5!

This was my first trip to backwaters. Overall experience was good. But the stay and the catering was below average for the price paid. Very few choices in the food and they ran out of food for lunch service, especially for lunch and dinner.

There was power cut problem in the night time. We were sleeping without fan and AC and no one was there in the admin to listen to our queries. Wifi was not working :(. If you want to take a economic ride of houseboat than this is a good place, also food quality is good. Good place for fish lovers.

Our trip to Breeze Homes was wonderful. The place is located a bit interior from main road. It's really quiet and pleasant. We had been for a boat ride which was so good (costs Rs. 600/person for 3 hrs of ride). Our family had a good time out there.
