Review Of Bravia Hotel, Ajmer

Overall experience was good, but the restaurant service needs improvement. Taste was nice, but during breakfast no one was properly attending even after calling twice. Also, the order wasn’t completed properly. So mainly service needs attention. Overall I’d give it 4 stars.

We booked super delux room and they gave us twin bed room that was ok .But whn we checkin ac was not working in that room we call at main desk and they were sending the employee and thn we asked for room replacemnt at 2am and they gave us room and next day when we were checking out they were asking for money for the telephone which was in bathroom they sain telephone is broken etc very bad experience 2/10

We stayed in hotel and we liked stay very much. Hotel is very clean, rooms are clean and spacious. Thanks to Mr. Hairun from housekeeping and miss. jiya from front office.

Had a pleasure stay at the Bravia .. Guest receiving , Hospitality,Hygiene and service was top-notch. especially food was delicious. will be looking forward to stay there again.

There was no electricity for 6 hours, no power backup, lift was closed, no room service, when I went down and found reception, there was a boy there who was so rude, when I asked for the owner's number, he started speaking to me in wrong language and told me to do whatever I want, the electricity will not come, I have to wait, wait or else go.

Great Place to stay, Nothing will go wrong. Best Price , Best Location backed with very good food. Staff is very good.

The hotel service was very poor. they don't even respond after 3-4 calls to provide the menu or dinner.

it was good. but they have not given the services mentioned as per voucher. no welcome drink, had to struggle for getting discount on food although it was mentioned during booking. Need to improve. else property wise good place.

Bravia hotel is excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious and food was delicious. Very pleasant stay. We will try to arrange next trip and will stay here for atleast 2 days. I will recommend my friends and family to book this hotel. Thanks

Superb experience humble stay n ambiance good stay

The staff and rooms were great. Rooms were spacious and had all the facilities. Staff was helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great.

The stay was good, and the staff was also nice. The food was sometimes not the best, but it was still okay.

I found this hotel online and booked it as it was at reasonable price. My stay was very pleasant due to its location. Property was well maintained and staff were very friendly and cooperative. I will continue to visit the property and recommend the same among my family and friends.
