Review Of Brand Residency

The main problem was that the room didn't have ventilation. We had booked a non ac room. There were no windows inside the room- not even one window. We were literally baked inside the room. The room also has strong smell of cigarettes. May be because of improper cleaning. Don't choose non ac room in this hotel.

Overvalued, because we can get better than this room for this amount. Not worthy for the amount we paid

I travel-led with my family for the participation of my child in a school program. We reached at 8 pm night. We found that the reception person had arranged a suite room neatly. It's a new hotel. Very well-maintained & helpful staff. Especially mr. Abhilash in reception counter, was really down to earth and very much cooperative. They guided all the places, nearby restaurants. At last when i requested to extend my check out time, due to being late from the school program, they extended the time till 3 pm without any extra charges. We are very thankful and happy by seeing such a nice attitude. Only drawback is restaurant but one can order in swiggy or can ask the hotel people to arrange the food. They will do it. Tea/coffee maker is there, hot water is there. Parking facility is there. It's in between kovalam, lulu mall, trivandrum city & near to kim's hospital. So good place to those who want to roam both the places, kovalam & trivandrum city.

The stay was horrible and the room facilities was not at all good

The room is okay for one day immediate stay. Its a bit congested room. The hotel is not providing blankets, drinking water and other necessities like towel, soap etc.

Usually a lodge, very old, the doors were all broken, a room without a window therefore absorbs a lot of heat, allso there are so many electric switches are bad-the toilet was used and given without cleaning.

They are not maintain g the room clean & tidy. Presence of cobweb and dust were there. Door handles of toilet are not working properly. Plug points are not working. Blankets not provided.

The cobwebs on the wall could have been cleaned.

After booking, we reached the hotel in the noon, the reception guy didn't ready to give me a room. They said that, the rooms are full and wait for the evening. But i payed full amount in advance and there is no mention regarding the time. I was tired because of the 8hrs travel, and i explained my situation, after that that guy speak his boss and give us room. And there is no towel and soap in the bathroom, and room is not clean

Very poorly maintained hotel. Not at all suggested and it is full of dust and feels so suffocated inside the room.

Poor hygiene, mosquito problem is high, service is poor

Not cleaned and also today when i stepped out from room the reception guy is asking me the permission to give my room which is having my belongings to some one else for 2 hr renting
