Service not good. Rooms not in good condition. Food is not hygenic and caused food poisoning. Very bad experience. Not recommended.

so so hotel. not worth the money

We stayed there 3 nights. To start with. 1. Though the hotel is has great view, reaching there is challenging. My driver infact asked me to change hotels. 2. We had asked for extra blanket, which was refused. 3. Our driver was refuse to use common washroom in the hotel staff. He had to literally pee down some wr in the open. 4. We had clearly specified that we need bf by 6.30am as we planned to leave early for a tour n their free bf starts only from 7am. We had only asked for bread toast. At 7am when we came down, both, person at the reception and the kitchen staff were clueless. We waited for 40 mins for them to just pack bread slice with jam. Very unprofessional. Don’t think I’ll come back to this place ever again.

bookmark is amazing property the staff is the best. inter experience at the hotel is luxurious and must experience. dinner was great the food was tasty. the breakfast was nice. the room had jacuzzi facility and an awesome experience. The rooms are elegantly decorated. the teamwork in the staff and management can be felt during the stay a must stay strongly recommended.

Terrible Stay

Worst experience , cetral ac not working it started working once nd there is a burning smell in whole room and when I ask house keeping to fix that they said switch on tha fan if needed nd they did not do anything . We ordered dinner and rice is not cooked properly we raised a complain and ordered something else they again send half cooked food

decent stay with decent view on hill side.

Stay was good, food was ok, but services like spa and massage wasn’t upto the mark. Although one issue distance from main city and therefore getting a cab or auto for which hotel help desk needs to call which cost bit extra.

Excellent Stay

Bookmarks resorts as the reviews suggested was truly a 5 star hotel . The hospitality was great. Mr. Pushpa Raj made sure we were comfortable at all times. No ask was abandoned and there was timely service all along. Even during one of the peak days they managed to cater to our ask . Coming to the location , it is situated at the top of old Manali but it's not a hassle to reach there, you get many taxis /autos to reach the hotel. The views were simply great, all the rooms had a good view of the mountains. Food was decent as in not many varieties but whatever was served tastes great. Rest assured, we will book the property for our stay again!

The property was really good however maintenance is needed. Lot of things were not functioning properly, although hospitality was really good and they were very quick to respond and fix anything.

The stay at bookmark was great which I've heard is a change to the previous leaser apple country. The sanctorium overlooking old Manali was the highlight of this place. If you're looking for a place in Manali which gives you luxury and proximity to attractions go for this.
