Review Of BlueRock hotel

Poor quality room, open wiring in the room, toilets are not clean, worst of money. Food quality average

I reached hotel blue rock on a rainy day. 10th august 2024 afternoon. It was an average room though small by many standards. Non ac was not fo much of a problem. But a bigger bucket in the bathroom would have helped. Or a shower head. Rest it was ok for the price though a railway resthouse gives you an ac and tv for the price. But if you are ok with an averagely maintained room with a hotel below it's fine. The dinner was good the theplas on the breakfast were warm and nice but poha was pretty cold and old. The room was not like the size of an economy twin room described. It had a small bathroom, with a small bucket and no shower head to take a bath. The food in the hotel was good on the first day but some items like poha were not fresh although theplas were warm and nice. The bedding was not clean, there was no tv, no information if wifi would be available. I have stayed in railway resthouse and they provide an ac in less amount of room rent. Only thing is they showed me the room beforehand and i took what i saw. But not having basic bathroom amenities like a working tap in the wash basin, no shower head is not really done. It was a rainy day so i couldn't be expected to hop around looking for a suitable room having booked one. Surroundings were nice but dogs were roaming around quite unlike no pets policy.

The hotel was very dirty, water leakage, the sheets and the pillow cover was cover with dirt

This property had a good ambiance, staff also very cooperative, the property also very reasonable price available very thankful to provide this

Everything was fine. Except two problems. 1. The mosquitoes did not let us sleep the whole night. 2. The noise outside the room of highway was terrible at night while sleeping.

I would not recommend this hotel to even to my worst enemy. The hotel is in such a remote location and adjacent to national highway. 24 x 7 there is noise of vehicles. The location is very unsafe and its totally disconnected, even o la and uber are do not come easily. After trying for an hour luckily you might get a cab. No public mode of transport available. The receipt mentioned breakfast complementary but even though they charged for glass of milk. The reception person is very rude and manner less. He does not know how to speak with hotel guests. The hotel is very untidy, unhygienic and unsafe. Bathroom and rooms are all messy. Basic necessity like towel is not available. After asking multiple time person will come and give bottle of water.

Dirty unclean rooms, bathroom. Poor amenities. Except for the hotel below everything else is bad. Just avoid

I had to book another hotel and move out. Didn't even complete one day in this hotel. Worst experience. Waste of money. No hygiene no nothing.

Some issues were there average i would suggest

Hotel blue rock, gandhingar needs to have : (1) more cleanliness in both bathroom and lobby. The location was very fantastic. But facility for to and fro from iit gandhinagar to hotel blue rock could have been arranged. Restaurant timing needs to be from 6:30 am to 9:30 am ; 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm ; 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm

2. Hotel wash room very bad. Cupboard facilities not good. Hotel mess also not good. Breakfast very poor. Lab-our service not available for luggage handling.

They helped in everything, we visited gujrat for first time, they made stay so easy, it felt like home

very good facilities and familier and cooperative staff.

Very bad in food they provide only parathas and idli which is also not testy and cold bad and there was no any other restorent near to this hotel no cleanness and special hotel gm behave was very bad

No kind of distance nor staff behavior is very good
