Limited food options hotel rooms are very small connectivity is also limited because of constructions going on The rooms are small n constricted.

No hygiene, no cooperation staff , irresponsible behaviour, no polite behaviour etc

The ac has leaking water and water from the tap has very bad smell and all

Smells horrible due to kitchen in next room. And full pack room exhaust fan in room not working. Avoid is the right word.

Was not that bad as this reviews given on. But for 1 night stay is average good. You can have good time here. Went for cold play concert and booked it couple days before event. Connectivity for station and food stalls is good

Worst experience i ever had there was no one responsible for cleanliness. Worst behaviour of the staff and indiscipline hotel. I'm feeling like lodge a proper complaint against it.

Unhygienic rooms and bathrooms, small rooms, broken taps, torn sofas, etc, not a good stay, pictures shown and reality is completely opposite.

Amenities which hotels provide are not up to the mark and also hygiene is not good, and cleanliness is not in the room. Bed cushions are not up to the mark.

See the condition of room and washroom. Very bad hotel and room

Very poor management and room was not clean.

Actually in vivaan hotel the bad sheet and blanket was not washed. So hygiene was not maintained as per minimum requirements.

Dirty bedsheets, noisy nights, washroom not functioning, ac is slow and does not work sometimes

This hotel is so dirty that for the first time in my 14 years of life i have found such a dirty hotel. Neither is there any cleaning in it nor is the bedsheet, pillow cover etc. Changed, when a customer uses it and when the next customer comes, he is given the same bedsheet and pillow cover and says that i have changed it. I have done it wherever i go, i put my signature on the bedsheet, pillow cover etc. And make sure that the bedsheet is changed or not, so i changed this hotel. It was a great bed experience.

No any single window in room, room is very small, no ventilation for air supply, geyser is not working, they don't have own restaurant, rent very high

The hotel rooms did not look as they were shown in the photographs. The attender asked for the tip before we went inside the room. The rooms were in very poor shape. We had to book another hotel immediately and we didnt stay there at night.
