They don't have a xerox machine -scanner at the reception and in the name of guest verification they were kind of interrogating me (an elderly person and two youngsters, all equally rude and aggressive. While i was filling the entry book, they are bombarding me with questions, also asking me to provide print out of my booking (as if they don't receive it from mmt. A lot of rudeness was shown and when i asked for my adhar back they said they'll retain it for the whole night. I said ok give it to me i'll get the xerox done then all three started shouting "cancel your booking and go, 8:30 pm, without any ground and very unprofessionally. But i stayed that night (despite having paid for two. Also, sheet was having stains, blanket with holes and you have to tell them in advance to get hot water from the geyser! even on being told one day in advance, they can't provide you (or don't want to) breakfast even at 8:30 am and you leave empty stomach if you have to reach somewhere. Pathetic condition and unprofessional, rude people.
