Not as per google reviews n pics, not as per shown in make my trip , food not good, not a pleasant stay

Room was not Good, Reception person was not co-operative. very rigid. (He has no knowledge, how to behave with Corporate Client) service (Room Service & Dining) was very good, Food quality very good

Location of the hotel was good.The rooms provided were messy and dampness on the wall all over. Services were quite poor, I was handed over the key at the reception with on one to guide about the location of the room. Luggage also had to be self carried to the room. Food was ok.

This hotel is situated in a very narrow road.. Room sizes are exceptional small and bath room pathetic. Morning break fast is very limited n not to standard..

Great food and great rooms , very close to main road , prime location , near by shopping areas and eateries

superb. neat & clean. fast service . well behaviour. parking space is also good. locationally fantastic. In early morning you can start your day with Hanuman ji, Shiv Ji & Jagannath ji darshan.

Bathroom was in bad shape with lot of small and tiles broken. Breakfast need be improved. Food was preety average.

Room Space is good , ambiance of the room needs to be improved. Food quality available at hotel is very good.

While the location was great, the food and service were disappointing. Every room had a bad smell, leading me to change rooms three times. I urge you to check this before booking.

I was on a business trip to ranchi and booked this hotel for the first time. Before checking i had to explore a couple of rooms and selected one. The staff was cooperative. Food and overall stay was good.

Overall good experience neat and clean staff was courteous and was available 24 hrs for service .No problem as such.

Location of hotel is in a narrow lane and taxi plying is difficult. Further lot of smell in the nearby area because of choked gutter. The smell of gutter come even in the hotel room.

Washroom and wash tap was not working flash was also not working, even water was not clean and room were not clean
