Not to the level expected. Decent Stay. Rooms were okay. Lack so many things

had a fantastic stay at Mahalaxmi Hotel’. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help. The ambiance of the hotel was peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The location was also convenient, with easy access to major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Rooms are not available when we reached hotel. They are providing stay in private home not in hotel. Very nice rooms and facilities

There was a room service. Food was spicy. Decoration was good. Sometime toilet was stinking.
There was ventilation issues. Tariff was very high.
There was no outlet window. There was a big air cooler. But we are feeling very heat and we could not able to sleep at the night. It was very uncomfortable.

Average food, room service, location is on Mount road easily accessible but 20 km below Mount Abu. Lower price is attractive. Food only includes breakfast. Rooms are average. View from the hotel is good.

We went for a last minute one day trip to Mount Abu and hence could only find this place while booking. First things first, couldn't get sleep as the lights in the balcony were on and there's no switch to turn them off. (Very annoying). Room and bathroom were spacious but that's about it. Location is good, service needs to improve a lot.

No any facility available as per MMT site. Some points are mention bellow. Need to improve the same. 1) Need paint all rooms and cleaning also. 2) Repair all washroom. 3) AC not working in some time. 4) Awareness of Hospitality. 5) No drinking water facility. Also management has no knowledge to how attracting customer.

Services is very good.. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful staff.. The location is very good places in Abu.. And nearest distance between hotel to railway station. And restaurant is hygienic food provided and service is good.
