Terrible Stay

while booking it shows in mount abu but actually it s in abu road in main market this issue noted to mmt .I didnot check in after call mmt customer care they cancelled my booking and told we talk hotel for refund hotel agree for refund . aftre that I book another hotel in mount abu with higher price . but then mmt did take any initiative for refund. l call severely but no responce by customer care. that made me disappoint about mmt service.

Bad experience as the owner is a cheater. Asking for extra money for room. Did not provide us water and asking 50rupees for mineral water

Electricity issue

No proper power backup was available, electricity was frequently interrupted in night and it was taking long time to start generator or again connecting the main line. I was unable sleep due to electricity issue. No proepr ventilation in room which caused severe humidity.

We checked in late around 12 am. Owner and staff were very helpful. Staff even helped us with our bags. I would really suggest this hotel if you need a stay near the railway station

Hotel kunal & restaurant is one of the best hotel in the abu road station, rajasthan. Room service is very good. All staff members and manager is very much cooperative. Hotel stays worth-full because of restaurant service is available in the same premises. Good quality of restaurant is delicious. Near railway station and market area fulfill all your requirements.
