1. I will be filing a fraud case against you people

The room was worst. Location was near the bus stand. Staff behavior was okayish. No facility were there. Hotel was not so much clean.

Terrible is the word which can describe my stay in this hotel. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. We stayed in the 3/4 floor in the hotel and the whole floor was empty so we were concerned about our security. I took mineral water from them and in the sealed bottle there were dust particles in the water. The toilet was very dirty and the basin too. The room was also not clean.

The stay of mine in this Hotel was not justified by the amount which I have paid. The room we stayed in good but not Worth for money. From my point of view, the money was higher than the services they provided. The location of the Hotel was good, it was very near to the bus stop and railway Station.
