Worst experience ever at Namastay Hotel
Our stay at Namastay Hotel was terrible. We booked 2 rooms early in August and confirmed about our check-in hours before arriving. Still the rooms were not clean. Also we paid equally for two rooms and we were given two separate rooms. One extremely small sized. Staff were not even helpful. Also, the locality of the hotel was not nice. The rooms didn’t have any locks from inside. Trusted MMT but atlast felt disgusted.

for 4 rooms only 1 ac remote,for hot water don't have geyser,rod only,spider webs in room , no service guy , no basic facility ( towel , napkins , handwash, no water bottles etc) , for extra bed customers have to help hotel staff for

And additional just to remind that we have been given basic aminites towels and shops ect... and regading the issue of hote watter , the work is on going , on that day due to some mechanical issue the solar syatem was not working , soory for inconvenience , even we place the extra bed in your room Our goal is to provide every guest with a comfortable and pleasant experience, and we are sorry that we fell short in your case. terrible hotel to stat
Dirty Room, Bedsheet, Pillow and Blanket. Washroom was very dirty, strains on toilet seat, water blockage in washroom, they don’t clean after someone checkout they just hand over to next person. This is what experience in my stay. Booked super delux but they given me delux rook

Had there been any inconvenience during your stay, our front desk team would have been happy to assist or arrange a room change. However, no such concern was raised during your time with us. We would also like to mention that we accommodated your early check-in request at 9:55 AM, which is over two hours before our standard check-in time of 12:00 PM—without any extra charges. Additionally, we would like to acknowledge that the picture you posted appears to be of the same room, which was found to be unusually untidy at the time of check-out—reflecting handling that was not consistent with regular guest use.
Poor Stay
Location is very near to station but it’s not clean. Hygiene issue. Person at reception was very rude. Overall not a good hotel to stay. Bathroom was also not clean.

Thank you very much for your review. Upon investigation, found that you had made a reservation for two persons and my receptionist did not permit an additional person in the room as we follow guidelines and place a high value on cleanliness and quality.

The hotel was just average—nothing more, nothing less. It met the basic expectations, but there was nothing particularly impressive or memorable about the stay. Rooms were okay, service was decent, and amenities were minimal. Good enough if you're just looking for a place to sleep, but don't expect anything beyond the basics.

location of the hotel, amenities , rooms, rates and services overall experience was excellent. My request is to serve Bisleri water bottle rather than ordinary water. Overall experience was excellent.

good for night stay
Location is excellent, just next to the Railway station. No restaurant so have to depend on outside food arranged by them. No geyser facility, but they readily respond to call

Although we don't have a geyser, we do have a solar system, but regrettably, it wasn't functioning at the moment because of an unexpected mechanical problem. I sincerely regret for that.

The stay was not up to the mark. Reception staff is not polite as behaved rudely with my wife as she reached before me in hotel. Hot water not provided for take bath. Overall average stay. No thank you

Please understand my apologies for any inconvenience. Upon investigation, it was found that the booking was made under Mr.Pushpendra Chauhan. If someone arrived and say, "On behalf of Pushpendra Chauhan, going to check-in at the hotel and saying that I’m Mr.Pushpendra Chauhan's wife and Mr. Pushpendra Chauhan going to check-in later" it considered not normal check-in procedure. Additionally, Due to an unexpected mechanical problem with the solar system, unable to deliver hot water. I sincerely regret that I was unable to fulfill your expectation.

Not a good experience
The people at reception were not looking professional. People near hotel are drunk and smoking always which made us uncomfortable. They were staring at us while smoking.

We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, even though we are committed to providing every customer with an exceptional experience and take pride in our history of offering first-rate hospitality. Based on the inquiry's findings, you checked in on November 29 at 4:26 a.m. Standard Regular check-in time is 12 noon and check-out times are next day 10 am, respectively. Arrived seven hours early, and after a little argument, you paid the early check-in fee even though the receptionist reminded you that that it was not free. In addition, the staff gives every guest who stays at our hotel excellent care, including privacy and assistance with any issues they may be having in the hotel Premises area. Out of hotel Premise area the hotel is not liable.

However, may contact recaption or the hotel duty mobile, and my staff will address your concerns immediately. available around-the-clock, the person may help you arrange meals from outside the food facility. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and acknowledge your difficulty. However, sir, the pictures that were taken and submitted. It is visible that the pictures was taken while someone was doing repairs in the maintenance area. unfortunate accidents in the maintenance area, guests were not permitted, especially in our hotel!
