Checkin was allowed before the time mentioned while booking. Staff behaviour was good. The room and other amenities were as mentioned during the time of booking the hotel. We ordered an appetizer for dinner which was very delicious The condition of the mattress was very poor. The breakfast service was not as per expectations as well as there was no buffet option. Also they only allowed a limited quantity for breakfast order, which is usually not the case while staying at other hotels. Either they should have a buffet option or shall allow more than one unit of food items for breakfast. Also the toothpaste provided was expired and the expiry date on tooth brush was not visible as it was in very bad packing condition. I have booked a premium room but it was not met with status of MMT. Mosquitos and lizard found in the washroom, paint in the room is also teared from various places.Not recommended for stay.

Location is good, amenities like AC and washroom were not working properly. Video made of the room no. 105 & 106 is uploaded for review. AC of the rooms got off during midnight for almost 1 hour while electricity of the Hotel was on. Room telephone also not worked to contact hotel staff. somehow I talked to the Hotel staff then electricity resumed. Washroom flush not working.

Rooms require maintenance room upgrade was done on demand as the mattress was not good and had spring felt just by touching

Bathroom was very bad, room was not clean, towels were very dirty, electrical fixture & door lock is broken. No proper room service.

Good location near railway station. Staffs are also polite. Clean rooms with balcony view. Foods are also tasty. Overall nice experience
