It is also 1 hour's journey from mount abu. They call themselves a 4 star hotel but it's hardly anything better than a lodge. Pathetic linen, torn bedsheets and pillow covers with a bad smell. Worst staff ever. At 5 am an aarti will start, long and loud enough to make you lose your sleep. If that's not enough and unfortunately you get a room on the first floor, staff's noise itself will ruin your sleep. Insects were roaming everywhere inside the room. Completely unhygienic, should immediately remove this property

Staff was very irresponsive. I gave ring tgem 5 times, but no response from their side. Outside my room, in one room so many people have occupied one room and they were making noise so loud that my 1. 5 years son could not sleep. I have called reception, but no response received. I have paid money for hotel not for dharmshala. In night my room knocked 2 times, wgen i open the door, nobody was there. Staff not responsive and guests making so much noise

Stay was good but not excellent as described. For hygiene 0 rating. Owner is good. Have to remind caretaker for 10 times at-least for soap and towel although which is very uncomfortable for us also to remind for small necessary things.
