Terrible Stay

The room which provided to me was pathetic and there were some bad smell coming from the room . I waited with my family for more than half an hour to get a room even though I reached after the check-in time . Due to this bad smell I felt sneezing in the room . I will not recommend this room to others

Not good for family stay because of supid rule

if someone ask me how's the room, I ll definitely say perfect and no doubt it is one of the best located hotel right in the middle of a market, every type of food options available nearby. But there's a catch, neither they have a rule regarding outside food, nor they have an in house restaurant but they have one rule which no one gets to know until you go there for checkin For every stain inside the room they are going to charge you 2000 rupees and for that they specifically have a 5 min inspection after the checkout this is where they earn there money, if you believe you got a hotel in good price but even if you have a lipstick stick on the towel or a oil stain on there pillow, they'll charge you 2000 rupees for that. this is quite unfortunate the customer is not paying you to clean your room, if that's the case just increase the room rent don't try to fool a tourist. Other than that I don't have any issue the stay was good, till now they donot have any electricity backup supply there was a complete blackout situation during my stay 2 time for 15-30 mins of duration.

So you have a problem with a basic demand of keeping the hotel clean? Congratulations, you’re not the guest we want. If we charged for every minor stain, our reviews would be flooded with complaints but they aren’t. We don’t cater to guests who can’t respect property. Good riddance, Hotel Shreeji Palace :)

It's a very nice property and well-maintained. The staff is very polite. I had an issue with my booking and since it was non refundable, they were very kind enough to give flexibility to check in on any date during next one year and avail the booking without any extra charges. Very impressed by this gesture.

My experience was very good. I feel that if there is a little change then it can be an even better experience. 1. The rules and conditions of the hotel are very tough which are not even there in seven star hotels. 2. The hotel rooms are also small.

Great option: Value for money

At this price point, it is hard to find any other option with an equivalent level of cleanliness. It's also within walking distance from ABU Road railway station, and there are multiple shops nearby should you need anything, including the famous 'Rabri' of the place. Though they don’t have an in-house restaurant but as I was told and as probably makes sense also that there should be multiple options in the vicinity for having meals being the hotel is in a buzzing market area (I didn’t explore the place for dinner as I was carrying home-cooked meal). The staff also is co-operative.
