TV was not working Hot water was not running Balcony was shared with next room And washroom window was so low and exposed that others from outside can peek in

Place very isolated

The property was good, but it was not maintained well. I found the rooms untidy and there was dust on the tables and in the cupboards. Also, there was construction work going beside this property which caused disturbance during the night. Bathrooms were not maintained well and were not cleaned, specially buckets and tabs. The staff and owner were good and supportive. Food was good. But it is not recommended for families as lots of tourists chose this place just to stop by and drink.

Hot water was not available around the clock. I requested hotel staff thrice for the same but my issue was not resolved. I had to check out without taking a shower.

Its a wonderfully located hotel at Abu road. a very clean and neat rooms, with well-understanding staff. Owner Mr. Shravan Singh personally takes care of everything. food is awesome. specially Aloo paratha. ambiance is too good like a beautiful landscape. Hotel is surrounded by Aravali ranges and had a full view of Mount Abu. A very nice experience. Must stay with family.

TV was not working, no remote. Non functional phone. Good staff though, very courteous.

I stayed for one night at the Hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, the owner gave us a free upgrade, food was good, over all a very nice Hotel for short stay as it is on highway.
