had a fantastic stay at Mahalaxmi Hotel’. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help. There was a room service. Food was spicy. Decoration was good. Sometime toilet was stinking.
There was ventilation issues. Tariff was very high.
There was no outlet window. There was a big air cooler. But we are feeling very heat and we could not able to sleep at the night. It was very uncomfortable.

Average food, room service, location is on Mount road easily accessible but 20 km below Mount Abu. Lower price is attractive. Food only includes breakfast. Rooms are average. View from the hotel is good.

We went for a last minute one day trip to Mount Abu and hence could only find this place while booking. First things first, couldn't get sleep as the lights in the balcony were on and there's no switch to turn them off. (Very annoying). Room and bathroom were spacious but that's about it. Location is good, service needs to improve a lot.

Need to improve the same. 1) Need paint all rooms and cleaning also. 2) Repair all washroom. 3) AC not working in some time. 4) Awareness of Hospitality. 5) No drinking water facility. Also management has no knowledge to how attracting customer.
