Location of hotel is near railway station and s. T. Stand. It is in prime location of abu road. Staff is polite and cooperative. Food is of good quality.

Room is not clean, no parking fesility, food is not a best, no aveleblae makemy trip room.

Dirty smell rooms not clean tv not working bed rooms dirty no chadar on bed no cleaning proper

Everything was good four times i have been there

Service is good location is good but room could be better because bedsheets & pillows was very old

3 days I was their very good staff, n food but some time did not picture up the phone while needs any things for room service. The hotel's location was good for me thanks

Near to railway station. It creates lot of disturbances due to rail passing from next to hotel.

Very bad experience in hotel. They have not provided towel and soap, very bad smell in room, toilet was not cleaned and very smelly, room size is appx only 80 sqft, very bad experience, land line phone was also not workng. In the morning water also is not coming in toilet, every time I have to go in ground floor for pick any water bottle, lift is also not there.

Very worst experience and bad experience and sleepless night and finally dislocated my trip.
No proper electrical maintenance done by hotel and very dangerous and unsafe.

This hotel is near bus stand and food quality is very testy.
