But the price is too high

The hotel maintenance is pathetic, no proper lighting, bathroom tap and toilet tap was not working. Charging points including for heater was not working. Morning breakfast table was with limited menu and almost all food mentioned were empty. Waited for few minutes and the response was very bad. I spoke to the manager at the time of check out mentioning the same. He gave a 200 page book to write my complaint. I didn’t do because the book was full of complaints with similar problems which is there for more than 6 months and the problems were not solved

Excellent location neat and clean good food available

It’s on a good location, the room size is pretty good for the location, and it is peaceful inside. But the hotel is an extremely old hotel and property in general has not been modernised at all. The room bathrooms needed out of maintenance and they are just clean enough which could be equivalent to a 1-2 star hotel

30 years old building ditty rooms, 2000 range of rooms the hotel need renew ovation, breakfast also limited, totally not value for money.

All was good the room was very old and the bathroom needs a real improvement Taps and shower fittings needs a change. The water was not in full force.

This is my 2nd time stay in Ballal Residency and let me tell u it never disappoints me. I enjoy my stay over here because of various aspects - safety, privacy and the hotel's accessibility. It is located in a prime area and it offers good facilities. The buffet breakfast is an additional charm. I travel alone and hence I prefer this hotel for the safety and hospitality it offers. The staff is also very understanding and cooperative even with the language barriers

Location - Was good and easy to reach as the property is in well known location and center of city Checkin Process - Took long time to wait. They had a regular customer who have not booked in advance and everyone was focussed to allocate room for that person. Not much taking care of other customer though booked in advance Room - Was good would have been better if king size bed was allocated. This was informed while booking itself so no complain on this. Food - Was good. No complaints. Would have been better if more spreads available for breakfast.

It is a nice legendary hotel located on residency road prime location. Their food is yummy and kids loved it. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff are quite helpful and polite.

Smelly Room, unclean bathroom, unhygienic towels, no soap holders.. worst stay in recent times

Its a hidden gem. Had a wonderful stay. The biggest plus to this place is everything else is close by.

The room was very dirty it's so old the picture are 9/10 in real life it is 0/10. The curtains were dirty the chair was dirty with fungus never had such bad experience ever

Location is excellent Amenities are not good i.e TV is not working, Toiletries are not there, Breakfast - very limited option

It is a good and spacious property, very near to the main Street yet secluded from all the hustle. The staff is good and polite. The food in the room service is average but no complaints. It's just that it's a very old property now..they should consider a little revamp maybe? Especially the elevators..

excellent location, good tasty food, acceptable amenities. Room service could improve. Coffee served in the room is of below par taste. Restaurant coffee is excellent, but the coffee served through room service is very poor
